Waterloo Reserve Community Association

Near to everything, far from ordinary!

Who we are

Waterloo Reserve is a welcoming carriage home community consisting of 86 homes arranged in clusters of three. The community is situated on 51.16 acres in the eastern part of West Whiteland Township, Exton, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Our homes are located on Lee Place, which connects to Waterloo Boulevard, and occupy approximately 52% of the total property.

Before development began in 2018, the land was home to Waterloo Gardens, which operated on the property for 71 years. Today, Waterloo Reserve continues to benefit from that legacy, with many of the ornamental trees and shrubs thoughtfully preserved throughout the 24.8 acres of open space. These natural features contribute to the beauty and character that define our community..
